1eec Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1eec ("1eec", "we", "us", "the Platform"), an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 1eec.pro. These Terms govern all access to and use of the 1eec platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, bonuses, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support.

By registering an account on 1eec, clicking any "I Agree" or "I Accept" confirmation, or by simply using the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 1eec or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.

1eec makes no representation that the services provided on this platform are legal or available in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 1eec platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets.

Each individual may register only one account on the 1eec platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 1eec account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and any payment account details required to process deposits and withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1eec account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1eec will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 1eec's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

As part of its obligations under its international gaming licence, 1eec conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction of withdrawals or the suspension of your account.

All financial transactions on the 1eec platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1eec supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be listed within the player account dashboard at the time of availability.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the deposit section of the player account dashboard. These minimums may vary by payment method and are subject to change at 1eec's discretion with reasonable notice provided to registered players.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your 1eec account balance, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution. 1eec is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. 1eec reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the player account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification being completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the player's own name and to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where practically possible.

1eec aims to process withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, KYC verification status, and any ongoing review of the account. 1eec will communicate any delays to the player via the registered email address.

• Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirements met in full before a withdrawal of that bonus or related winnings can be processed.
• 1eec reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal request above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed to accounts that are under review, suspended, or where KYC documentation is outstanding.

1eec offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented at the time the bonus is offered, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional terms of each offer. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to minimise wagering risk while completing requirements, or any other strategy deemed by 1eec to be abusive — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

1eec reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered, except where there is evidence of bonus abuse as outlined above.

All games and betting markets available on the 1eec platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or market.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, volleyball, and other events, are governed by the specific sports betting rules displayed within each market. 1eec reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been manipulated, abandoned, or cancelled in accordance with applicable sporting authority rulings.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or connectivity failure that interrupts a gaming session or sports bet, 1eec will use all reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last valid state. Where a session cannot be restored, the bet or game round may be voided and any stake returned to the player's account. 1eec's decision in such matters is final.

All bets are accepted at 1eec's sole discretion. 1eec reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason. Maximum bet limits may apply per market, per event, or per player account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1eec platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1eec staff or other players via any communication channel.

1eec is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all registered players. The platform provides a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting the 1eec support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of six (6) months up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be opened by the same individual.

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits at any time through the account settings. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1eec platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 1eec platform without the prior written consent of 1eec.

1eec collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and using the 1eec platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will never be sold to unaffiliated third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers where necessary for the operation of the platform, in compliance with applicable data protection obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1eec and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure, arising from your use of or inability to use the 1eec platform.

1eec's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1eec account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1eec's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

1eec reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have breached these Terms or any specific game or promotional rules.
• A player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A player fails to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player has been self-excluded and attempts to re-register.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 1eec.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 1eec's discretion. Where closure is initiated for operational reasons unrelated to player conduct, the account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 1eec service, you should first contact the 1eec support team by emailing [email protected]. Please provide a clear description of the issue, along with your account username, the date and time of the event in question, and any relevant supporting information.

1eec will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 1eec's support team, the matter may be escalated to 1eec's compliance department, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

1eec reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 1eec will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 1eec platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
